Shirley Brill’s musical journey began with a triumphant performance as a soloist alongside the illustrious Israel Philharmonic Orchestra under the baton of Zubin Mehta. Since then, her clarinet has graced stages worldwide, captivating audiences with her virtuosity and artistry.

From the iconic Berliner Philharmonie to the majestic halls of Carnegie Hall, Shirley has left her mark on the global music scene. She's collaborated with luminaries like Daniel Barenboim, Sabine Meyer, and Emmanuel Pahud, enchanting listeners with each note.

A laureate of prestigious competitions including Geneva International Competition and Markneukirchen International Competition, Shirley's talent has been celebrated on the grandest stages, from BBC Proms to the Jerusalem International Chamber Music Festival.

Her passion for music education led her to share her expertise as a guest professor at the Academy of Music “Hanns Eisler” in Berlin and as a faculty member at the Barenboim-Said Akademie. Currently, she inspires the next generation of musicians as Professor of Clarinet at the Hochschule für Musik Nürnberg, Germany.
